Try our Products Before Subscription
All Market ICE, LLC products and services have trial or demo versions available for non-professionals. If you are a non-professional, before you become a paying subscriber, please download the trial or demo version to see if our products and services meet your needs. We do not provide refunds on orders or pro-rated fees on returns. All subscriptions are final.

Volume Discounts
- Multi-month: You qualify for discounted rates if you sign-up now for a multi-month contract. Click here to review your price discounts.
- Group licenses: If you want to purchase a multi-seat license to receive our services, you may qualify for additional discounts. Please contact our sales group.
Our online payment partner VeriSign provides secure order processing, handling credit card payments for Market ICE, LLC. When you are in the secure ordering page, choose the product you want to license and a subscription option. Then press the Next button to fill in the information required to process your order.
Software Availability
ClearView™ is an information subscription service viewable by the user through its software interface. The software and regular updates are delivered through downloads from our website rather than in CD format.
Professional Users and Exchange Fees
AMEX and NYSE charge additional data fees for professional users, and charge these directly to the end-user. In accordance with industry practice, these fees are in addition to the monthly subscription fee for Market ICE's services.
Local Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable state and local taxes.
Subscription Policy
- Monthly Billing Cycle: Our value-added information services are offered on a calendar month basis. Users are charged a fixed fee in advance for all services selected for that month or part of a month. Pro-rated services are not available.
- Other Billing Cycles: Each of our products is licensed as a monthly subscription, or a pre-paid multi-month or annual subscription. Payments are not pro-rated and subscriptions made after the 1st of the month will be charged the full monthly rate.
Automatic Renewals
- Monthly subscribers: Your services will be extended from month to month and your credit card billed on the first of each month, unless you cancel your subscription before the start of a month by sending us an e-mail notifying us of your intent to cancel your service at the end of the current month.
- Multi-month subscribers: Unless you contact us in writing to cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew upon its period expiration and you will be billed for the next subscription period.
You are responsible for notifying Market ICE, LLC in writing by e-mail (sales@marketice.com) or by post to cancel your subscription. There will be no partial refund.
Payment Security
Market ICE, LLC does not handle your payment directly. VeriSign handles the payment processing for us and is respected in the payments industry for its security.
Privacy
Market ICE, LLC collects and uses customers information only to improve the quality of our products and services. We do not sell or redistribute our customer's information. Other Payment Methods
