Technology
Market ICE offers a number of products - ranging from end-user applications, to back-end market data and order execution servers. We specialize in advanced analytics, high-performance computing and automated trading solutions. All of our products are designed to work together, and each builds on the strengths and benefit of the other members of our product family.
Market ICE applies advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology to financial time-series to give you the most reliable indication of price direction and momentum.
Paramount to any analysis is the quality of the underlying data. To that end, we generate high-fidelity one- and five-second plots, and updates, on all financial instruments.
The second advantage Market ICE provides is that all data collected is based on quote prices. Other information systems on the market today use the strike price of trades as a foundation for their time-series information. Trade events are disseminated by the Exchanges at the lowest priority, are frequently reported late, and are notorious for unreliablility. In contrast, we've designed our systems to take advantage of information directly obtained from the in-the-money offer and ask price. These quotes arrive with zero-lag and have top distribution priority on all Exchange data feeds.
Third is our unique method of determining which trades account for accumulation and which account for distribution. We provide you with both the A/D count and ratio corresponding to each trade and the number of shares it represents. These values are not extrapolated, as with customary technical analysis -- they are scientifically acquired in real-time.
Market ICE combines this higher-resolution and more informative data with proprietary algorithms to provide cutting edge analytic tools. These products were developed using coupled Wavelet decomposition, adaptive filtering and Wavelet reconstruction with Partial Differential Equations (PDE). They identify key trend-reversal points that can be viewed both historically and as they materialize at one- or five-second intervals.
